3D Design CAD/CAM

While I enjoy and appreciate traditional methods such as hand tools and drafting, there is no denying the power of modern technology.  I have strived to acquire the skills to use all of these tools so that when it comes time to act I can select the most appropriate one to use.  When it comes to taking an idea in your head and explaining it to others or even trying to bring about a physical manifestation in the real world, a picture is worth a thousand words.  I have used CAD countless times to create designs for parts and assemblies both simple and complex.  Every time the results have been well worth the effort. 
 
One of the major benefits of CAD is that in conjunction with CAM and CNC equipment it has never been easier to take the last step from picture to reality.
